dc.description.abstract Purpose: This study is focused at examining the impact of Human Resource Management practices on Employee Job Satisfaction at Hinopak Motors Limited, Karachi. Human Resource Management Practices are referred to significant policies and procedures through which employees are kept satisfied during job responsibilities. HRM practices are mandatory tools to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction. Methodology/ Sample: The nature of research is explanatory which is based on quantitative data collected through a well-structured questionnaire. The data was collected from 262 employees (male and female) from different department of Hinopak Motors Limited, Karachi. The data was analyzed through Pearson’s correlation and regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22 software. Findings: Findings of this study have proved that there is a significant positive impact of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal and compensation practices on employee job satisfaction at Hinopak Motors Limited, Karachi. The HRM practices at Hinopak Motors Limited, Karachi show that employees are happy and completely satisfied. Implications of the study: This study is considered quite useful for the management of Hinopak Motors Limited, Karachi. The organization can find out the relative impact of various HRM practices on employee satisfaction and take remedial measure to further improve them. Other organizations and academia may also benefit from the study. en_US
