dc.description.abstract Purpose: Many organizations today are at the edge of disaster, because of the raising conflicts among employees. These conflicts have made employees dissatisfied, unhappy and demotivated towards their organizational goal. Not all but half of the conflicts occur when Individual fails to understand the emotions of themselves and that of others. Therefore, the present study aims around finding the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Conflict management Styles (Competing, Collaborating, Accommodating, Avoiding and Compromising). Methodology/Sample: For the purpose of the research study, data collection from both male and female employees of two different Health Care Companies. 475 questionnaires were distributed to employees, who are current working in health care organizations. Out of this 475 questionnaires, 428 were responded and received back from which 60 questionnaires were eliminated due to inappropriate information, and the final sample was 368. Further, Data was processed on SPSS after the data entry and data transformation in order to understand the relationship between Dependent and Independent variables, Test of Correlation, and Regression were applied Findings: The findings of this research study clearly shows that, there is a significant positive relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Compromising style of conflict management, Emotional Intelligence and Collaborating style of Conflict Management and Emotional Intelligence and Accommodating Style of Conflict Management. Moreover, negative relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Competing style of Conflict Management and Emotional Intelligence and Avoiding style of Conflict Management have been found. Practical Implications: Some essential recommendations are addressed like by giving training session on dealing with conflicts via understanding about Emotional Intelligence, how individual can resolve conflicts en_US
