dc.description.abstract Purpose: The motivation behind this review is to lead the effect of temporary job understanding (internship) on employment success. Internship program is considered as essential tool to acquire corporate experience in a short period of time, plus internship has influence associate variables such as experience, confidence, networking, professional skills, and career direction. Methodology: This research is exploratory in nature involve quantitative data, quantitative data collected through a questionnaire. The data was collected from a sample size of N =80 students who successfully done an internship. To evaluate the data regression and correlation tests were applied. Findings: The result have revealed that there is no significance of networking on employment success. However, experience and confidence is significance positive of employment of graduated students. Practical implications: This study is likely to help the graduate students about internship program on employment, while graduate students can improve their competencies through an internship that will help in future employment. For improvement of graduate students, internship has to upsurge awareness about corporate world and students at all level should be highly encourage to be an effective part in internship. en_US
