The study focused on three independent variables Job security, Medical and Health Benefits and Work stress and examined the impact of these three independent variables on dependent variable Employee Commitment. To investigate and correlate the cause and effect relationship, National Insurance Company was chosen as primary respondent. Methodology/sample: In this research Quantitative research methodology was adopted. The study was carried out on National Insurance Company Ltd. For the purpose of data collection, Questionnaire was used, which was administered on 200 employees working in the company. Data was analyzed with the help of SPSS. For testing impact of contract jobs on employee commitment, Regression and Correlation test were applied. Findings: The findings of this research have revealed that work stress has no impact on contractual employee commitment at NICL. But most important factors which make contractual employees more committed are Job Security and offering medical and health benefits. The results of Regression test and Pearson’s Correlation have shown that contractual employee commitment is directly influenced by job security and medical & Health benefits. Practical Implications: An increasing number of organizations are hiring employees on the basis of contract. Contractual employees are not provided with opportunities, which are provided to permanent employees. They do not have opportunities for promotion. This results in a lack of motivation and job insecurity. This research will be helpful for organization to make future policies where they can provide job security to contractual employees and make strategies in order to make contractual employees committed. en_US
