Abstract:
The questions related to job satisfaction has been taking to new heights in modem era to
the development and achievement of organization goals. The target of the research is
related to explore the thumping effect of satisfaction measurement of job factors on the
performance of employees and the drivers that are related to job. Specifically, the study
aims to investigate the impact job itself on the performance of employees, the impact of
working environment on performance of employees, the impact of training and
development on performance of employees and effect of effective supervision and
management on performance of employees. Samples is comprised of 304 employees,
supervisors, managers and others working in mechanical equipment repair services
(M.ERS) and central transport department of Pakistan steel. The sample is taken for the
research study from the population of 600 that represent 50% of the total population. 400
questionnaires were produced and flowed from which 304 had collected as data sources
and applied in as the decision making purpose. IBM oriented statistical software is used
for analyzing the extracted quantities. It is resultant from the research purpose that the
factors such as job itself, training & development, supervision and management have a
significant whack on employee performance.
