dc.description.abstract Purpose- The purpose of the study was to identify the factores that a affecting newly hired employee turnover in private Banking. Turnover of the employees is very difficult to deal with for an organization but the turnover of newly hired employee is challenging to deal with. Methodology/sample- The nature of the research is explanatory.We used convenience sampling technique to approach 350 respondents from the banking sectore.The list of Banks includes Habib Bank Limited,Bank A1 Habib and Allied Bank. Findings-The study has discovered that Job stress and Work life balance major impact on newly hired employees turnover.However less importance have were given to Monetary rewards and Careergrowth. Practical Implications- The outcome of this' research will benefit organizations to recongnize the reasons behind the newly hired employee turn over and the significance of employee commitment.lt also offers understading about determinents which affects the employee interest of staying or leaving an organization.To keep your employees to stick an organization.These factors can be useful and should implicate in their organization. en_US
