Research Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of technology tools
in Supply chain management among the FMCG firm in Pakistan. The main aim is to detect
weather these tools would help in enhancing the organizational performance or not. Although
these tools are successful in international, organizations and they have duly reported about the
betterment in performance after implementing such tools. Therefore, the research is carried out
in Pakistani firm to check whether the technology model is workable or not.
Methodology: The method used for this research is quantitative while the sample size for this
study is 200 respondents all of them belong to FMCG firms. The data for the research is
collected from primary sources that is, questionnaire. The statistical test used for this research
includes Cronbach’s alpha, one sample T test and, Pearson moment Correlation test.
Findings The findings from the tests identifies that all the three variables have strong influence
on organizational performance. The statistical result shows that, the Sig. P value is less than 0.05,
which provides significant evidence to reject the entire null hypothesis |
