Abstract:
Aim of the study: The aim of this research is to identify the effect of Information and
Communication Technology, Inventory Management, Logistic Services and Buyer-
supplier relation on the supplier’s performance.
Research Methodology: To conduct this research convenience sampling of non
probability sampling method was used. The sample size of 300 was selected and data
were collected on the basis of convenience. Four variable were identified, namely
Information and Communication Technologies, inventory management, logistic services
and internal relationship as independent variables and their impact over dependent
variable that is supplier’s performance is highlighted.
Research Findings: The analysis of the results shows that there is a significant impact of
Information and Communication Technology, Inventory Management, Logistic Services
and Buyer-supplier relation on the supplier’s performance as all the hypothesis were
accepted.
The significance of the study: This study identifies the significance of the reserch by
promoting the importance of different variables when they are checked. This study
highlighted the importance of factors that an organization should consider when they
have to optimize suppliers’ performance.
