dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research is to come across the perception of employees about impact of supply management in overall performance at a leading media house. Methodology/Sample: For finding employees view regarding supply management, the information was gathered through survey methodology. In this regard and for better representation maximum employees of supply chain department was considered. The opinion was taken from employees of the organization through a survey questionnaire. Finding: The study revealed that media house follows latest and best supply management methods which includes employees skill level, customer supplier relationship, coordinated teamwork, technology, purchasing processes/procedures, procurement planning, performance evaluation and effective contract management. The study finds out that with efficient use of supply management techniques can lessen the overall cost, good delivery of services within the given time frame, efficient procurement processes, increasing the motivation level of employees, enhancing customer supplier relationship, enormous increase in sales and considerable increase in gain of the organization. The research established that supply management techniques helps the company to redefine their cost structures, enables the firm to accomplish short and long term motives and improve efficiency. Practical Implication: The practical implication of this research is in service industry. It is particularly applicable for the department of supply chain management. en_US
