Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of non-monetary rewards on
employee’s motivation in K-Electric. The aim of this study was to know the importance of
non-monetary rewards in order to motivate employees and this study also emphasizes on how
K.Electric is taking care of their employees by offering them non-monetary rewards.
Methodology/sample: The research was conducted by asking close ended questions from
380 employees in K-Electric through e-mail and in printed form. Data was analyzed by using
statistical package foe the social sciences (SPSS). The technique of the research is
quantitative research. For analyzing the data regression and correlation test has been applied.
Findings: The data analysis and comparative studies and results give clear understanding of
impact of different non-monetary rewards on employee's motivation at K.Electric.
Practical Implications: The outcome of this research might help K.Electric in order to
motivate their employees through non-monetary rewards and to take necessary measures to
increase the level of motivation by offering different rewards that contribute towards the
success of the organization.
