Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of supply chain integration, strategic supplier relationship and transportation outsourcing on supply chain performance in FMCG sector of Pakistan. In this study the sample size was was 90 and they were the employees of FMCG sector in Pakistan. Multiple Regression, pearson correlation, Cronbach alpha and descriptive statistics were used for various analyzes of this study. It has been concluded that variables such as supply chain integration, strategic supplier relationship and transportation outsourcing have a significant positive impact on the performance of supply chain causing a development in the FMCG industry. The results provide support for the theory that strategic supplier partnerships can help a firm to improve its performance. It has been recommended to the professionals of FMCG organizations to collaborate with HRM, as it assists in growing flexible inner organization connections and helps in creating an atmosphere where one can easily exchange knowledge. Moreover, it has become very important to establish capabilities inside and outside so as to maintain a steady performance at all the points.
