dc.description.abstract PURPOSE: The objective of this research is to examine the importance of supply chain practices in textile companies of Pakistan. To examine the impact of supply chain practices on firm performance and supply chain performance. To assess the impact of supply chain performance on long-term firm performance METHADOLOGY: In this study survey method was adopted to collect the data. Web based questionnaire was used to collect the data from the companies easily available on the social sites. Sample size of this study was 200 and sampling technique chosen was convenience sampling. To analyze the results frequencies, regression, anova and correlation was studied. FINDINGS: According to the results strategic supplier, level of information sharing, quality of information sharing, internal lean practice and postponement have a positive impact on organizational performance. But organizational performance is not affected by customer relationship, hence hypotheses. Results also reveal that strategic supplier; quality of information sharing, customer relationship, internal lean practice and postponement has a positive impact on supply chain performance. But supply chain performance is not affected by level of information sharing. Results reveal that supply chain performance has a positive impact on organizational performance. The outcomes show that a more elevated amount of execution, and change in Supply chain management practices will specifically prompt enhance Supply chain performance and organizational performance. PRACTICAL IMPLICATION: The outcome of this research is to examine the supply chain practices and its impact on firm performance and supply chain performance. en_US
