dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research is to test impact on employee’s health in pharmaceutical sector is based on 2 determinants. These are physical health and mental health, in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities working conditions. Methodology/Sample: For determining views of employees from the selected pharmaceuticals, the data was collected through a questionnaire. For better representation, respondents from pharmaceutical sector (operational departments) and among them respondents were 330 employees out of 387 (85% response rate) from total 130 operational staff per pharmaceutical. Subjective method is used to decide which elements should be included in the sample and which should be not. A cross- sectional survey is conducted and primary data is used. All the data collected from the randomly distribution of questionnaire to employee of Pharmaceuticals Private limited organizations located in Karachi. This research study used the primary data and questionnaire. Findings: It is a major concern of any Pharmaceutical division to attract and retain high quality and efficient employee. In order to develop high quality of organogram, it is essential to consider certain factors associated with industrial quality practices. Similarly, employee health (physical as well as mental) has an important influence on the employee performance. The findings of the research conclude that in pharmaceutical sector employee’s health are main concern which impact their jobs. Practical implications: The results of the research will be helpful for the pharmaceutical sector for retaining their employees for longer period by implementing the HR policies that consider the employee health rather other actions and events. Organizations can use this research to makes strategies regarding the organization environment and motivate their employees and creates feelings of loyalty among them. en_US
