Person Information Management System

Abstract

Person Information Management System which will include a desktop application for operator. This system is used in places where a large number of people come and go. It's difficult to maintain the records of all people manually. System stored data in database along with maintaining records by scanning CNIC card. Person who intend to visit the society or any residential area for first time must register themselves to achieve benefits from this system. Already registered person data shows automatically when CNIC card is read through CNIC reader. Information of that person will be displayed on screen, however, the previously visited time along with full information will also be visible on screen. Operator will use this application to review the details of already registered persons and also to check the newly registered persons. This system will not only facilitate the person but it will also be help out for the management to keep backup storage of data, along with that this system also provide the facility of restricting visitors by entering in specific area.
