Abstract:
Purpose- The purpose of this research is to analyse the level of Financial Intelligence in
women Entrepreneurs and impact of their financial literacy on their entrepreneurial business
success. The impact was analysed through three independent variables; Financial
Intelligence, Experience and Gender Distinction on Success.
Methodology/sample- The sample of the research is 100 entrepreneurs, mostly from Karachi
but some were from out Karachi and some internationally also. The data were collected
through a structure questionnaire and with the help of SPSS, analysis was made.
Findings- The result revealed the values of regression analysis that show there is 24%
variance of entrepreneurial business success explained by the impact of independent
variables. The result of Pearson correlation shows that business success is significantly 0.169
comelated with GD but have negative impact, 0.422 correlated with financial intelligence
with positive impact, and .123 correlated insignificant relationships with experience.
Practical Implications- This research present a useful insight of Pakistani women
entrepreneurs, which has importance on theory and practitioners. The conceptual frame work
of the study provides the understanding of impact of financial intelligence in entrepreneurial
success. And literature review supports that success is affected by FI, GD and Experience.
Practically, the research finding can be use by the marketers to see their importance of FI on
success.
