Abstract:
Purpose:
In this emerging world, every next day some technique is being introduced to motivate
employees to work well and compete in this world and grab a good and healthy share from
markets. So the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of non-monetary benefits on
employee motivation at department of Soneri Bank Limited.
Design / Methodology:
The methodology which is used in this research is both Primary and Secondary data. As
primary data includes first-hand knowledge of the employees of Soneri Bank and the tool
which was used for collecting secondary data was the questionnaire instrument. Around 300
employees were been approached from different departments so to analyse that how much
non-financial rewards are linked up to employee motivation for employees of soneri Bank
and to understand the correlation between them.
Findings:
This study results are analysed by the support of the hypothesis included in this research.
Practical Implications:
The results of this research helped the management of Soneri Bank Limited to see the
problems which were highlighted by the employees and to overcome it. It was important for
the employees of the Soneri Bank that they must be awarded with the non-monetary rewards
so it will be helpful in their day to day work as well increase their motivational level.
