dc.description.abstract	The basic purpose of this research is to assess the progress of Pakistan that has been made so far on Millennium Development Goal 3 keeping its main emphasis on the second indicator regarding women employment in the non agricultural sector. As the MDG’s are expected to be achieved within 2015, the question remains; will Pakistan be able to attain this particular goal within the given passage of time or not? This research will help the policy makers get an over view of the progress made by Pakistan so far and also understand the the collaborations and efforts Pakistan made in the past ten years regarding goal 3., It will also make them aware of the problems and the hindrances that have been faced by the country in the time period of 2000- 2010.	en_US
