dc.description.abstract In today’s world all countries try to maximize their power and security for that the public involvement is vital. A country cannot become powerful if its people lack hope and are disintegrated. The public takes interest in the national issues only if their interests are safeguarded. A Country like Pakistan is facing numerous issues which are greatly ignored by the past and present leadership. These issues are directly connected to the general public. The inefficient role of leadership in solving these national issues has greatly affected the national unity and the people of Pakistani. Protection from external and internal threats requires the public to be united in all circumstances. This paper will try to cover what role has the Pakistani leadership played in national cohesion and integration ,what are the issues hindering national cohesion and what can be done to solve these issues in order to make Pakistan a better place to live . en_US
