Abstract:
The research examines relationship between HR Outsourcing and its impact on Human Capital
Management, in the Pharmaceutical sector. The objective is just to find out that how important is
Human Resource Outsourcing for an Organization to perform its operations more efficiently and
what its impact on Human Capital Management.
In order to conduct this research the methodology that has been used is qualitative research by
using Phenomenology as a research design. In-depth interview were conducted from total four
subjects from Pharmaceutical sector in Karachi. To conduct the research the responses of each
respondent were thoroughly analyzed, and the results show that there is a positive relationship
between the HR Outsourcing and Human Capital Management.
