Abstract:
Subway is one of the famous fast food chains around the world. Especially in Europe and
America, people are very fond of Subway sandwiches. Subway is famous for its fresh and
healthy vegetable sandwiches. In Pakistan, Subway is not accepted by the people as it is
in Europe, USA and other part of the world. This research I have conducted to know the
reasons of the failure of the Subway in Pakistan. A questionnaire is developed to analyze
the customer respond in term of expectation of the customer regarding the service quality
and the taste of meal of Subway restaurants and other is perception of the customer
regarding the service quality, the meal taste and menu of the restaurant.
