dc.description.abstract	This project is basically a learning tool for common people to learn sign language with the help of animations. There are Government offices and industries which hire special eople for their work, so this application is helpful for other staff to learn sign language so they can communicate with special people. This application helps people to learn the basic Pakistani sign language at their home without paying anything and joining any institute. This application is for those people who want to learn sign language on their own. Speech to sign language is a window form application. This project is developed in C# and the animations are designed and developed in Blender Software.	en_US
