dc.description.abstract Productivity is the ultimate objective of any organization and thus the concept of a Contended worker is a productive worker has become an important concept in today’s working environment. Bank and multinational firms are the most important forum for resource allotment and mobilization in an emerging economy in Pakistan. Any organizations advancement and profits largely depend on the capable, hard working intellectual capital that carries out its operation, and for thus reason human capital in Pakistani organization should be most efficient and capable in their position. Therefore every organization must respect their human capital by properly utilizing them; choose a right job fit for them, giving them learning opportunities and by providing them a conducive working environment. This analysis shows that whether people believe that this concept is applied in the organizations and what satisfies an employee and what keeps an employee contended and motivated. Other findings also show that whether a contended worker has better working relationship that ultimately increases the productivity of the organization. en_US
