dc.description.abstract Implementation of 360 Degee feedback assessment in TCS Epress & Logistics aims to identify the training and development needs of 13 employees who qualify for the Rising Star Program. The Rising Star Program is developed to identify,train ,motivate and retain people with right attitude & aptitude to have a pool of technically viable and competent workforce available on an on-going basis for future leadersip roles. 360 degree feedback assessment is a multirater approach designed to evaluate and develop and nowadays highly recommended for leadership development plans.lt includes Feedback from supervisors,peers,subordnates,internal customers,external customers of the candidates to ,assess the fellow employess skills,competecies and knowledge because they are in better position to provide the accurate feedback. This research paper decribes the implentation of 360 degree feedback process in TCS and would assist in fair,accurate and effective leadersip development.Leadership competency questionnaire is developed within the scope of the implementation.Feedback from Immediate supervisors,peers,subordnates,internal customers,external customers of the selected candidates of rising star program has been taken along with self analysis of the candidates in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the 360 process. en_US
