| dc.description.abstract | Job satisfaction is one of an important issue in the organization in order to retain their potential employees. Organizations strive their best to make their people highly satisfied and for this they provide them with good salary packages and benefits and to give a secure and healthy environment to the employees. Employees stay longer when they are satisfied with their jobs. Organization may increase employee satisfaction by providing mentors, designing work teams, encouraging team cohesiveness, providing clear communication about company’s values and culture. The research identifies the various key factors related to job satisfaction and what is the trend of alienation in relation between people working in public sector. How an organization make employees satisfied with their jobs and organization. The purpose of this study is to find reasons of employee dissatisfaction and its impact on an organization. To find out what are the factors through which employees can be satisfied. To explore the aspects of the job that employees value the most. I expect that from this research I am able to find out key factors related to employee satisfaction. The research study began with a search for secondary data on this topic; that is data which has already been collected and documented. The secondary data was found from Human Resource Management books, Management books and Internet. The target population consisted of people working at UBL. The sample size chosen is 50 employees. The individuals were surveyed through questionnaires. 1 conclude that Employee Satisfaction has got a great impact on and organization. Job satisfaction describes how content an individual is with his or her job. The happier people are within their job, the more satisfied they are with their organization. | en_US |
