dc.description.abstract Supply Chain Management is the foundation ladder of success of any profession regardless of the skills and techniques required by that particular field, training and development has its own intrinsic benefits the most important aspect of Training an employee is to boost up his performance which will lead in enhancing the productivity of his work, it does not only impress the productivity of work but it is the most important grading factor at the time of employee performance appraisal. In order to find out whether training and development has any impact on performance appraisal of an employee or not for this purpose I have decided to choose a particular organization “Young’s Food (Pvt) Ltd, and conduct my research on the organization so that I would grip the concepts and understanding in detail in a manner that I would demonstrate and justify my research work. This Research Study will provide an in-depth knowledge of the importance of training and development and what are the factors which will lead an employee for his performance appraisal. en_US
