dc.description.abstract In the last ten years, Information Technology outsourcing from the United States increased to Pakistan as an approach to handle cost of development and maintenance. However, with advantages, outsourcing parties face many challenges. Of many challenges, one is cultural differences between these two countries. For Information Technology services outsourcing partners it makes difficulties, in order to achieve the results. In paper, I will examine these issues by sending questions to companies in the United States and Pakistan. Questionnaire compiled after consulting the limited literature review. The problems were questioned to the participants to identify their special cultural issues in the outsourcing business. For this interviews and questionnaire were distributed and the complied results in this work. This work points out causes, but also explains that the way to deal with the problems. The study will help outsourcing companies to handle all issues, to achieve better results. en_US
