dc.description.abstract The following thesis discusses the different investment plans and their analysis with respect to current market happenings. In this thesis I have analyzed four different investment plans, which are available to me, there are a number of advanatages and disadvantages of investing in this time of financial unstability on Pakistan. But in order to earn more with minimum amount of risk certain techniques should be kept in mind before investment like: a) The business environment b) Scope of the investment c) Market response Every person in this world is investing some money in one or the other form, some people save money to invest it for their children’s education, so that they would become a bread earner for them as well as for the family. Some investors invest their money keeping in a view to earn short term profits, whereas some invest to earn a long term benefit from it, no matter the size of investment. All investors whether they are investing for a short term or for a long term prospective, consider some factor prior to invest. The most concerned issue prior to invest is that where we are investing because if a person invests his money for the sake of highest return, he must have an eye on the risk factor, whereas a complete analysis of the previous results are examined in order to minimize the risk and maximize the return. Basically, investment is a ‘decision’ it can lead you to profits or it may end up in losses, but the risk of loss can be minimized by various techniques and analytical tools, for example the mutual fund industry invests in the financial market. Keeping in view, the (Beta) p factor as well as the investment in the form of portfolio, the financial analysts design a portfolio of different companies called blue chip companies and then they invest to minimize the risk and enhance the shareholders wealth. en_US
