dc.description.abstract The change management is the process of moving from one worst situation to desire future situation. For change, organizations need to hire expert change agent who are competent. So that’s why change management required a competency in today business. Most difficult area of change is acceptance of change. This research discusses the concept of change management in Pak railway. The process of change management will keep on track the organization and give the exact idea / picture how the change give more efficiency in providing service. The current study shows that Pakistan Railway is going in losses because of the existence of critical problems which need to be changed in fair manner. The process of change management occurs not only in the operational side but also in entire organization. The process of change management is not an easy task whereby it requires what and where exactly should change be performed. After examining the area of problem, design process is initiated. en_US
