Abstract:
The topic of my research study is “Factor That Increasing Employee Work Tenure”. The
study of literature focus on the factors affecting job satisfaction and training & development
which included satisfaction with pay, satisfaction with promotion opportunities, satisfaction with
interpersonal relationships that includes both relationship with supervisor and relationship with
coworkers, satisfaction with working conditions and satisfaction with perception of justice of
management i.e. fairness and in training and development section includes attitude, motivation &
employees performance.
The survey based on questionnaire which includes 20 questions. Ten questions were related to
Job satisfaction and remaining 10 questions were related to Training & Development study. Five
questions are related to personal details. A questionnaire was filled out by the employees
working in different Islamic as well as conventional Banks (Dubai Islamic Bank, Citibank etc)
from which we determined the job satisfaction level of employees and training & development
requirements. The sample size was 32. This questionnaire is a general questionnaire which is
developed to get an insight in to the job satisfaction and training & development related issues
faced by the workers of the Banks.
