Abstract:
This thesis is all about exploratory research for the sake of awareness with respect to the understanding of music, its importance, what does it do to us, its role in our work life balance infact the employees performance can become better if explore the meaning of music and implement it in our work lives which would defeinitly make things better. I have started this exploratory research work to find out music effects on employees work performance, at first shared the meaning of music, introduced it what it is all about then what people around me thinks about music, whats in their mind how they take it, then elaborated the meaning towards its history and importance along with its existence, its human connection and how we are living with it without even knowing it is contributing daily in our lives whether we accept it or not. Furthermore, I have shared a meeting with music therapist and the discussions we had regarding music technecalities, its lements how it is related to human nature and explained about feelings, emotions and other senses related to music. Mcfarlen, who is Director Human resources at Perfecient USA, she briefed about her employees and environment also music importance in our life. I wanted to deliver the important message in this thesis, if we better understand ourselves as a human being we would then be able to better understand the other human being. God has created everybody with same organs and system of nature we all are blessed with all we need to understand is to have nerves - for patience, especially when we are at professional level. Music is the best creativity by our creator and also manmade music has spread awareness about the same. If we implement this music trainings in our organizations, but at first we ned to understand its with and without sound, its with and without lyrics, it is rock and roll and it is rock and roll in silence as well. Music Therapy is the best way to have more knowledge about its features and meditations as well as best for personal development which every employee needs these days especially bosses because they should get to know their employees how they can increase productivity within them. My point here is if once we have hired someone why we fire that person after probation period? Just because he doesn’t seem productive or not upto the company level? I want to suggest if we want to move people, move them upward not downward for the sake of upward productivity of the company by proving that weare not machines, we are humans and we are social human beings who help eachother not discourage or decrease anybody’s level.
