Institutions are looking to overexert lacking in HR practices and application in letter and spirit in comparison with international standards so that just and equitable treatment for all employees could be provisioned. The benchmarking so far, has not attended desired results in Pakistan but efforts are in the wake of unrest to make the situation more patient and deliverable. However, some institutions are in planning phase, some institutions are on the way in line with and some institutions are at initial breakthrough point to manage and materialize the actual standards of HR policies, practices and procedure for the betterment, motivation and encouragement of employees within and outside the institutions. It is transparently emerged that prevailing multinational corporations’ setup and facilitation practices for employees in comparison with government and banking sectors are in winsome situation.
