dc.description.abstract The objective of this study is to explore the relationship between training and staff performance. The effectiveness of the organization’s performance depends on the human resource of the organization; if the human resource of the organization is skilled and has the relative competencies than the organization can enhance its productivity, profitability and performance. For the employees to perform well there is a need to acquire the skills and knowledge which is done through training. After training the evaluation is conducted to find out the effectiveness of the training on the staff. The study is a case study at Bank Al Habib Limited which will help to determine key factors of training that have an impact on the performance evaluation measures, the relationship between training and performance etc. In order to conduct this research a research questionnaire was designed. The limitation to this research entails examination of a single organization to study the phenomenon. en_US
