dc.description.abstract To determine the effectiveness of the conflict management and leadership styles (transformational and transactional) on conflict (cognitive and relational) at KESC. Where leadership style(Idealized influence, Individual consideration, Inspirational motivation, and Intellectual stimulation) are the independent variable and the workplace conflict (cognitive and relational) are the dependent variable. The finding of the research is both type of conflict exists at KESC but both type of leadership cannot be assessed with the same mechanism. en_US
