dc.description.abstract This thesis is all about health care profession practices. Health care profession of Pakistan and standards which are use world over and practices which apply is not resemble even during this research i found that ail over the wolrd unethical practices are very common. In Pakistan unethical practices are openly apply while all over the world unethical practices done under table. The Pharmaceutical industry in Pakistan is expanding, with around an average of 10% annuall which is one of the major reasons include the unethical promotion of pharmaceutical products and services. For this thesis I apply mix methodology like interviews of Doctors & Pharmaceutical Sales persons, Questionares and one to one meetings with Marketing Heads and Directors of Different Pharmacetical Industries. According ti the research 58% participants are in favour of unethical practices and 30% are relatively against. Out come is that Pharmaceutical Industries needs to revise the promotional stratagies. Health care profession loosing its positive image while I am saying now it's take dacays to recover that image. According to research 79% of Doctors are prescribe those medicine that provide them tangible & intangible components. This 79% is base on this research data collection while in actual right now it cross more than 90%. The Pharmaceutical industries should change their promotional stratagies and must focus on elements that remove the unethical practices. There should be focus on elements that remove unethical practices. en_US
