dc.description.abstract This study highlights the impact of employee retention on company performance. Company performance is a broad term which is affected by a number of other factors. This research paper is based on Zong (CMPak). Zong is the first international brand of China Mobile which faces problem of retaining its technical staff or the field engineers. This is primary research based on questioner, surveys and field research with sample size of 100 respondents. The study used eight independent variables: Rewards, Performance appraisal, Culture, Job opportunities, Employee retention. Employee authority. Employee trainings, and Leadership. According to results of study; Reward, Job opportunity and Employee trainings are positively highly significant to the company performance. Company should change its policies to some extent where they feel their employees will be satisfied with the rewards (salaries, benefits and promotions) being offered to them. Changing the salary structure or package might help the company and it will help them to retain their employees and also will lead to company performance. en_US
