dc.description.abstract Organizations in today’s world have become more demanding. Now it doesn’t depends on the nature of work the organization has weather it is a high tech organization or a manufacturing concern all view training and development as a tool to increase the organizational productivity. Competition, customer commitment, the shareholders, results in a range of areas. Some might say that the key to success is investing in employees. Director of Human Resources of Unilever is the view that we are always looking to create value in the organization, that's what every business wants too. Training organizations involved in creating a match between the manager's wishes, values and dreams and goals of the organization and structure of the organization. Thus, helps training managers to set clear goals, to go the way of success and continually improve the business results of the organization he heads.Organizations and individuals may differ in opinions when it comes to goals pursued by the training. Some see it as a way to personal and social development, all training is beneficial because adds to the body of knowledge and credibility of the individual. This vision is entrenched wherever training is seen as a privilege giving access to better living conditions. Others believe that the purpose of corporate training is to support, through improving the skills of people, achieving objectives of the organization. Training is perceived as an investment in human resources, which must relate tangible benefits. These two views are not incompatible, even if the pressure needs and difficult economic conditions, choices must be made. While taking account individual and collective aspirations of its human resources, it is generally understood that the training has as main mission support this second vision, complementary to other services education or training offered in the media.
