Today we are facing the huge problems of multinational companies having different cultural values and what they can do to overcome such issues related to demotivation of their employees caused due to irregularities in incentives programs just by focusing on it and approach to resolve them by using different innovative ways.
In this thesis I have selected Siemens which is multinational company having different cultural values, to analyze and hypothesize the ways to eliminate the de-motivation of employees caused due to different or unequal incentives’ programs.
At the end of thesis, I recommended that those multinational companies that are having diversified businesses and diversified employees can adopt the path of Siemens AG to avoid those factors which becomes the cause incentives to backfire.
I explain the background and purpose of writing this thesis, I identified the problem, describe its purpose, scope and significance of study.
In this thesis, I made methodology of my research. I clarify that how the main research topic has been chosen, what my research objective is, I used to analyze my topic.
After that I described the review of literature from articles which have been already explained in newspapers, books, and internet and from other previously held studies.
In my thesis, I described the facts and figures with the help of tables, and analyzed my research.
In the end, I drew conclusion and make recommendations on the basis of my study based on theoretical frame work. |
