| dc.description.abstract | The following study is basically conduct to gauge this phenomenon that either in Pakistan, especially in the business hub of the country named Karachi adopts a fast growing new concept of business world called as Female entrepreneurship, either the females from different demographics and backgrounds and from different categories have an entrepreneurial mindset. And either their entrepreneurial mindset effect due to their demographics or not. And the results of the study explain that, there is great entrepreneurial mindset in females of Karachi, overall their demographics positively impact on their entrepreneurial mindset. Another very important thing which is found during this study that religious conservativeness or we can say on the name of religion the basic rights and freedom to think and do as per their choice going to be reduce in current scenario in a city. | en_US |
