Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to highlight the performance of the Inbox Business
Technology in the field of IT services in Pakistan. The data for this research has been
gathered through the feedback and responses of the customer’s questionnaire survey. The
respondents of the questionnaire was company users and customers which having the k
long term relationship with company or have the currently join business agreements
through their valuable projects. The outcomes of this survey highlight the main weakness
and strong points of the Inbox business technology in the field of IT services in Pakistan.
After the succession of this company business survey analysis, it has been concluded that
the company also has to focus on the main aspect of business strategies through which it
can be upgrade its business prolong and also can be successful in making its image
among their competitors with global progression in this era of Information Technology.
Many aspects have been highlighted from the customer’s feedback which will be used to
overcome the ground level challenges which were being faced by the user and customers.
The Logic was to promote users satisfaction on provided facility with continuous benefits
later than urgent and on time rectification of their problems. While, in order to overcome
some challenges requisition is to build up support group with suitable management
included with system level access, skillful resources and employees, logistically
improved services and backup facilities.
