TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT AT PAK-ARAB REFINERY LIMITED

Abstract

The thesis analyzes the Training & Development practices adopted by Pak Arab Refinery Limited. The research paper initiates from documenting the information about the subject i.e. Training & Development followed by a brief introduction about the organization, problem statement, prominence of the research findings, latitude of the study and finally the constraints. The second chapter is about the procedure that will be used to analyze data including information about the research design and instrument such as interview and questionnaire, purpose and type of the study, respondents of the study, foundations of data collection and finally the handling of data. Moving on, chapter three is about the related literature that concerns training issues. Here local literature and foreign literature is also given. Next is the presentation analysis which uses charts, pie diagrams to illustrate the data collected through interview and questionnaires. Finally the last chapter is about the researchers' recommendations for solution to the problems and conclusion.
