Abstract:
This research study is about the increasing trend of social media marketing for brand activation
of products and services which a company offers. This research study also analyzes and explores
that most of the organization uses social media marketing tools to promote their product and
services in the market and a gain competitive edge against their competitors. This research study
is quantitative and most of the data is based on observed researched study, the respondent of
research study was consumers who purchases products and services mostly by the use of social
media websites.
