| dc.description.abstract | This era is the combination of different employee's compensation facilities. Money isn't the sole rational motive to retain individuals for extended amount of your time, as they get some luxury, fun & journey and care from the organization they work. Because of such matter many facilities have been created to make employees become loyal to their companies. The issue arises from when there are different kinds of motivator facilities to the different category of employees. Each facility doesn’t motivate at the same level to everyone. Since it becomes important to identify which facility will cater the needs of mass individuals at above average level. In this project, one company (Mobilink) has been taken into account and two of the facilities have been identified (ChildCare Room and Recreational Room), to assess the reaction of the employees of the Mobilink who have been working there. Detailed questionnaire research has been generated to give the insights about the reactions of the six identified categories of employees on the basis of above mentioned facilities. The factors incorporated in it are carefully identified, through psychological and cognitive decision making None of the factors can be excluded so our respondents had rated these factors showing the most important with the highest rating. | en_US |
