dc.description.abstract The problems in the country have reached the maximum since 2008 when PPP took over the government, and their performance is properly appraised by people of Pakistan by rejecting them in elections of 2013 PML (n) government is just about to take the government but the literate of Pakistan are still not sure and they are not much curious about the future government as the past government has badly let them down. The independent study was conducted to assess the issues causing “BRAIN DRAIN” from our country caused by SECURITY ISSUE, LACK OFTRANSPARENT LEGAL SYSTEM ISSUE, LACK OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE LITERATES ISSUE, UNFAIR DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH ISSUE and IDENTITY ISSUE. The key issues identified from our investigation were “SECURITY ISSUE” and “LACK OF TRANSPARENT LEGAL SYSTEM”. The conclusion we have drawn from our study is that Pakistan since its emergence has seen ups and downs, different situations some times worse and sometimes peak of evolution in terms of economy and as a nation. But in recent years the problems like extortion cases in business world. Lack of foreign Investment, violence has caused BRAIN DRAIN in Pakistan as smart brains find the favorable options regarding all the aspects which is ultimately leading to huge BRAIN DRAIN and flight of en_US
