The main objective of the study is to analysis and identifies the main factors that have
directly affected on job satisfaction among employees and employer of different
commercial banks in Pakistan. The pay and motivation consider as the first main factor
but other factors like promotion, advancement, growth opportunities and importance in
work place. I collect the views of employees, of Allied bank and Faysal bank, to know
what they think about their banks. From their pay scales, are they satisfied or not? And I
am interested to know, employees opinion about the job. Which factor has a great
importance, either pay or motivation? Allied bank and Faysal bank both are my target
banks. The nature of my research is both qualitative and quantitative. I do comparative
analysis between Allied bank and Faysal bank. For survey I used questionnaires and I
conduct the interview from the selected employees of banks. Instruments used in my
research, are primary and secondary data. From this survey I want to know that what
employees thinks about their jobs, what they except form their jobs and from their banks,
and which factor play a great role to motivates them, to stay in organization and through
which factor they feel loyal them self, to the bank. |
