| dc.description.abstract | Migrated seismic lines 856-SGR-53, 854-SGR-63, 846-SGR-45, 846-SGR-50, 856-SGR-54 and 856-SGR-58 and well logs of well Bobi-01 of Sanghar area were obtained from the Landmark Resources (LMKR) with prior approval from the Directorate General of Petroleum Concession (DGPC) for carrying out this study. Interpretation of seismic lines shows the presence of horst and grabben structure in the area due to normal faulting. Finally petrophysical analysis it was concluded that the Upper Goru and Lower Goru formations bear secondary porosity but mostly they are tight, water saturation and hydrocarbon saturation indicated that well is 80 to 90 percent hydrocarbon saturated and the well was producing. | en_US |
