dc.description.abstract Aims: The aim of this research paper is to assess the effectiveness of action learning in business management schools of Pakistan and how does it affects a student learning process. Method: Mainly qualitative approach is utilized in this research paper to analyze the effectiveness of action learning approach in business management colleges. Major findings: In this research paper, we analyzed the research carry on root crop management problem in Pakistan and include our research about the implementation and effectiveness of action learning approach in one of the most honored educational institution in Lahore, Pakistan. We also assess its effects on the students learning capabilities. In our studies it found that action learning process also develop and enhance leadership capabilities. This concept if used effectively can provide solutions of those problems that may be face by the business community in the future. Further it is not also beneficial for educational institute but also the organizations can also get the benefits of students problem solving skills as these student are the future business managers. en_US
