Abstract:
Purpose: The aim of this research is explore role of ERP in SCM of Young Foods (Pvt.)
Ltd, how ERP helped YPL to achieve their target of entering in export market of U.A.E.
Methodology: The research is both qualitative as well as quantitative in nature. The data
gathered from the research is both from primary as well as, from secondary sources. The
primary sources include questionnaire analysis and on the other hand in order to test the
relationship among variables Regression is used.
Findings: The findings from the research shows that the ERP is the best fit solution in case
of Young Foods (Pvt.) Ltd it helps in integrating the warehouse, logistics and supplier
management department. The respondents all around the organization are of the same view
that a technologically integrated solution will help them in strengthening their future
requirements of the export market.
