dc.description.abstract The purpose of presenting or choosing this particular topic “A Comparative Study of Consumption Preference towards Coffee and Tea with respect to Section A of Society” is to identify the consumption preference of coffee and tea with respect to section A i.e. the upper Living of the society with the help of finding the approximate number of cups consumed daily per person across Karachi. As the researcher here has conducted a research with the help of unstructured series of questions and informal interview sessions with his respondents from which he extracted appropriate information about the topic. He also identifies that his research study is a descriptive study in which we are not much known to situation in hand or no information is available. So in regard to this situation he has assumed the population size of section A of society that is of 200 persons only and then by using a sample size formula he got his sample size of respondents that is 132 persons out of it. The researcher here also didn’t use any proper statistical tool to measure the solution for his questionnaires but he had used a simple graphical chart method with interpretation method to resolve the questionnaires. At the end of this course of research the researcher has also mentioned the summary of findings, recommendations and all the gaps that can be bridged up by this study. Presently we all know that globalization has also influenced the processing and consumption preference of coffee and tea in Pakistan lately in new ways. The respondents would be mainly the young age, the middle age and the older age group from section A. We will be focusing on the major cafe’s in Karachi where coffee and tea is consumed daily, to get the primary information with the help of questionnaires, different informal interview sessions and from social networking. en_US
