Abstract:
The law and order situation in the country from the last five years is very poor. There is no sector in the country which is running smoothing without any disturbance. That is why safety and security issues in the country now a day have become a very sensitive and important topic of consideration in every sector. Unfortunately sectors which are there for the betterment of the people are also exposed to threating security issues. Hospitals are now also having individual security departments which is there to serve in many aspects not only for the hospital itself .the prevailing security issues in the hospitals these days and their management is a big concern for big private hospitals these days
This paper identifies the security issues which are being faced by the private hospitals, who are effected by them and in what ratio. Further what are the measures and techniques being used by the hospital for ensuring safety environment inside the premises of the hospital.
