THE NECESSARY USABILITY FACTORS OF E-LEARNING

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to review the essential factors of usability for e-learning. The paper aims to analyze usability factors of e-leaming from two-dimensions, user and designer. E-leaming is a vast field of subject and it has the potential to attract large segment consisting of students and instructors but the issue comes in when they don’t know how to use it or either they are facing difficulties in using it. The paper looks on to identify the usability factors and its components through primary and secondary research. Future research can be done onto how these factors can be taken care off at the time of designing the program.
